This manga tells the story of a young man named Rudo, who lives in the slums of an affluent society. Rudo detests the upper classes because they have everything they want and throw what they consider garbage, including criminals, into a place called The Abyss. One day, Rudo learns that his biological father was thrown into The Abyss for a crime he did not commit, so the protagonist decides to go to this strange place to investigate.
